At Kin Spa, we feel that relaxation isn’t a luxury, but rather a necessity. So in order to assure your experience with us is as relaxing as possible, here are some of the details you’ll need to know prior to arrival.
Spa Reservations
To obtain an appointment, simply call ahead at (619) 358-6699. Or if you’re staying at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, we encourage you to book treatments in advance when reserving your stay. If you happen to have any medical conditions that we should be aware of, including pregnancy, please inform the reservation agent when booking. And please keep in mind, Kin Spa treatments are available to guests age 13 and over.

To truly experience all that Kin Spa has to offer, we invite our guests to arrive 15 minutes in advance. Relax in our vitality pool, take in a steam or sauna or begin unwinding with friends and other guests. If time constraints simply do not allow for such endeavors, just arrive at your scheduled time. But please note, to ensure all guest services begin on time, late-comers’ treatments will end at the scheduled time.
Food & Beverage
For your convenience, a spa menu is available. Enjoy lunch, a healthy snack or shake while relaxing on the private pool deck.

At Kin Spa, we believe that in order to truly relax, one must be as comfortable as possible. For this reason, we provide our guests with complimentary use of spa robes, slippers and lockers during your visit with us. Our staff is fully trained in proper draping techniques to ensure modesty.

At Kin Spa, we certainly understand that the stressful aspects of life must sometimes interfere with the relaxing, so if scheduling conflicts do arise, please cancel or reschedule 8 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. The full value of the service will be charged for any rescheduling or cancellations made within 8 hours of a scheduled appointment. No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service, plus the gratuity and service fee.
Gift Certificates
Kin Spa understands that when you discover something good, you’ll want to share that experience with your closest kin. Which is why we proudly offer gift certificates for our full range of relaxation and rejuvenation experiences, services and products.

Kin Spa at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is located on the third floor of the urban resort’s Harbor Tower. Kin Spa validates 3-hours of self-parking with purchase. For your convenience, valet parking is also available.
