All hotel reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Offer may not be combined with other promotional offers. Offer applies to all eligible bookings, including bookings by travel agents and other qualifying third parties at a commissionable rate. Meeting planner must choose one of the following offers for qualifying meeting: Green morning or afternoon break, Triple Meeting Dividends or a monetary donation to be made in the name of the organization to a Green charity.
