Chef de Cuisine, Sarah Linkenheil’s obsession with fresh fish and bold flavors shines through in her signature dishes like the decadent Lobster Pot Pie, Smoked Tomato Seafood Cioppino and Fillo-Crusted Halibut. Master Sushi Chef “Kaz” Kim prepares plates of delicately sliced fresh sashimi and creative sushi rolls like the popular Kazoo Roll – salmon, mango, avocado, red-leaf lettuce and rice with a soy wrap and topped with crushed pistachio.
