Reservations & Policies
Due to the limited enrollment, we request a 24-hour advance reservation and have a 24-hour cancellation policy. A parent or guardian must fill out all forms and waivers before any child participates in Camp Hyatt.
A parent or guardian of the child must remain on property for the duration of the camp session.
A $25.00 late fee for every 30 minutes will apply for any child not picked up at indicated times.

Please note that all children, even if old enough to attend camp, must be potty trained and out of regular and pull up diapers. For those children not old enough to attend camp, or still in diapers, outside babysitting services are available. These sitters are all experienced with children and have worked with Hyatt on a regular basis. Please contact the concierge to arrange for babysitting services.
